Recorded in 2004, these songs sat hidden for almost 3 years until they saw a digital release in 2007 - and are just now seeing a physical release for the first time with this one time limited edition pressing created for Rocky's 2008 European tour. These songs have the same gritty and organic feel of
Makers, and we felt they were simply too good to not reach the ears of Rocky’s fans. While the raw emotional edges of his punk days have been worn smooth by the sands of time, he still speaks to the universal preoccupations with love, life, and loss. There’s a lot of good music out in the world, but not much of it can bring you inside the heart and soul of the artist the way Rocky Votolato can.
