Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a refund.

Please contact us at orders@bluecollardistro.com or 1-785-842-1319 within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned without the express authorization of Blue Collar Distro.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

  1. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  2. Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, try on the underwear, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
  3. Only unopened and sealed CDs, DVDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
  4. Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
  5. Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options for Domestic and International customers. All UPS shipments have insurance and tracking. We highly recommend UPS for this reason. USPS First Class International does not have any tracking. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Time in transit estimates are listed in business days and are in addition to processing time, which is normally 3-4 business days:

Domestic

  1. USPS Standard (3-7 days)
  2. USPS Media Mail (4-10 days)
  3. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)
  4. USPS Express Mail (1-2 days)
  5. UPS SurePost (3-7 days)
  6. UPS Ground (2-6 days)
  7. UPS 3 Day Select (3-4 days)
  8. UPS 2nd Day Air (2-3 days)
  9. UPS Next Day Air (1-2 days)

International

  1. USPS First Class International (1-3 weeks, no tracking)
  2. USPS Priority Mail International (1-2 weeks, tracking included)
  3. USPS Express Mail International (4-7 business days, tracking included)

Shipping Info

Your order will typically ship out within 3-4 business days after it is received. We ship daily, Monday through Friday (we get weekends off, weehoo!). We do not ship on most major holidays, keep that in mind when ordering that awesome Christmas sweater. If you need an estimate just make an account, put something in your cart, and click "Checkout". Tada!

All UPS orders receive tracking numbers and are insured. We highly recommend UPS, they pretty much rule. All USPS domestic orders have delivery confirmation numbers. Delivery confirmation is different than tracking, it simply means the Post Office confirms it was delivered to you. Personally, we prefer UPS but you are free to select any shipping option you like.

Please double check your address before finalizing your order. The Post Office definitely isn't perfect and packages can and do get lost. If a package is lost and we were provided with an incorrect address you are responsible for additional charges to reship or replace the lost goods. USPS First Class International shipping does not come with tracking. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Blue Collar Distro is not responsible for lost or missing packages. All international shipments are marked as "Other" and may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Regarding shipments that include vinyl records, Blue Collar Distro is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage that may take place during shipping. In particular corner dings/bends are very difficult to prevent and we cannot issue refunds or replacements. Warped, damaged and/or defective vinyl will of course be replaced or refunded.

Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are returned to Blue Collar Distro as undeliverable or insufficiently addressed will be refunded, minus the original shipping fees. Please carefully review your shipping information to ensure timely and accurate delivery. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once an order is shipped, it is typically delivered within a few days to 2 weeks, depending on the level of service selected, and the country of delivery. International orders can sometimes take up to 45 days to arrive, although this is rare. If you feel your order may have gone missing, please contact us within 2-4 weeks after the ship date. If you fail to make contact with us within 120 days of your shipping date we will be unable to help or refund your order.

Adding/Removing Items From Your Order

If your order is listed in 'Pending' status, you can contact us to add or remove items. Once an order is moved to 'Processing' status and is being prepared for shipment it can no longer be edited.

Payment Options

You can currently pay for your order in 2 ways:

  1. Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards are all accepted.
  2. PayPal - Pay us directly from your PayPal account. Not sure what PayPal is? Go to www.paypal.com and freak out!

Variations in Color

Please be aware that items purchased online may vary slightly in color in real life because of the various different configurations of computer monitors.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Blue Collar Distro does not sell or share your information with outside parties, unless you authorize us to do so. We may share your email address and other information with an Artist’s own business if you have purchased an Artist’s product (such as buying a cd, record, or t-shirt) from us. When you purchase digital downloads from us we may be required to provide information to an outside party to enable the download to take place. If a product is not in stock or has to be shipped by an outside party, we may have to disclose your information, as reasonably necessary, to enable that product to be delivered to you. When you subscribe to our newsletter and the newsletters of our stores your personal information is never transferred to an outside source. Individual store newsletters are sent out without revealing any personal information, and you may unsubscribe from them at any time. Our policy covers the information you provide directly to us. When using the "Tell a Friend" feature you will be disclosing your name and email address to an outside party. Blue Collar Distro is not responsible for the privacy policies of these outside parties. In other words, if your friend does naughty stuff with your email address it's not our fault. We reserve the right to update our policy at any time.
